About this role

We are looking for a tech-savvy Junior SR to manage our in-house lead generation funnel. Your mission is to identify high-value prospects, refine our internal outreach systems, and spark initial interest with technical decision-makers. You’ll be the bridge between our raw data and our senior consulting team’s calendar.

Responsibilities

System Optimization: Help configure and refine our in-house lead gen platform to improve deliverability and response rates. Targeted Outreach: Manage automated and manual email/LinkedIn sequences targeting CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Product Leads. Data Hygiene: Source and validate high-quality lead data to ensure our "engine" is always running on high-octane prospects. Lead Qualification: Conduct initial "discovery" outreach to filter for budget, need, and technical fit before booking meetings for Senior Leads. A/B Testing: Constantly tweak subject lines, technical hooks, and follow-up timing to find what resonates with modern tech buyers.

Requirements

Tech-Fluent: You don't need to code, but you must understand terms like Cloud Migration, Tech Debt, SaaS, and API Integration. Systems Thinker: You enjoy "under the hood" work—tinkering with CRM workflows, automation triggers, and data filters. Persuasive Writer: You can write short, punchy copy that cuts through the noise of a busy executive’s inbox. Relentless Follow-up: You understand that the "fortune is in the 5th follow-up" and stay organized enough to never miss a beat.
